Final stats 19.85 miles 2.17.20hrs 8.6mph 30.0mph total miles end to end 1009.7 total time 110:08:22 with no punctures.
Nice one Rich! Hope you have a relaxing week to dry out and rest those weary legs, although I'm sure your boys will want you running around after them!?!?!!! Nx
Well done Richard - Have a great holiday with your family, hope the weather is good for all of you so you can get on the beach, building sandcastles, rock-pooling etc and generally enjoying life post Jogle!!!
Hi, as should be easy for all to see I am in the middle of an early Midlife crisis and because I can't afford a shiny red sportscar, (or any other type of mistress!), I am about to embark on a little bike ride instead.
In order that I can sample the delights of the Uk, whilst doing good for charity (Guide Dogs for the Blind) and avoiding the washing up for a fortnight, I will set sail so to speak, from the far north on 8th July 2007, travelling downhill all the way, to the deep south hopefully in time for cream teas and a pasty on the 22nd.
My Team
Although the Jogle itself is a solo venture, I couldn't do it without the support of:
Caroline- Wife and Superstar Mum,
Oliver- Number One Son and Chief troublemaker, and
Archie- Number Two Son and "Deputy" troublemaker.
Thanks also to my Blog creator and Sage in all things IT -Wadski
